This One Thing is Keeping You From Hair Growth

Heal from Alopecia with expert guidance

Hi everyone! Today, I want to talk about Blind Spots. We all have them, and they trip us up more often than we realize. So, what exactly is a blind spot? A blind spot is something that’s holding you back, either knowingly or unknowingly. It's usually something you’re not aware of—often a hidden trigger that’s preventing you from reaching your full potential, particularly when it comes to hair growth.

Blind Spots Are Everywhere

Blind spots are everywhere. They can be in your relationships, at work, and even while you're driving. You know how it goes—you're driving on the highway, you look to your right, and it seems clear, so you move into that lane. But suddenly, there’s a car right there, and you didn’t see it. That’s a blind spot. Your mirrors didn’t help, and you didn’t catch it. You may have avoided the accident, or maybe you didn’t, but either way, it’s a blind spot.

Alopecia and Blind Spots

When it comes to alopecia, there are countless blind spots, and these are the reasons why your hair growth journey is taking longer than expected. I see this with many of my clients—personal trainers, nutritionists, dieticians, nurses, physical therapists, and even hairdressers. Imagine that—someone who works in the hair industry, someone who knows all about hair and yet still struggles with alopecia. Alopecia doesn’t discriminate; it affects men, women, and children of all ages and backgrounds.

I’ve worked with people from all over the world, and I’m proud to say that I’ve helped many of them. When I was going through my own alopecia journey, I struggled to find information. It wasn’t readily available, and I had to do a lot of digging to understand what was happening with my body.

I speak three languages—Spanish, Portuguese, and English—and I looked for answers in all of them. Even then, the information I found was limited. That’s why I’m on a mission to make this knowledge more accessible, because when I was searching for answers, I felt like I had to become an investigative researcher just to make sense of it all.

The Importance of Expert Guidance

Blind spots are one of the biggest reasons why you’re not seeing the hair growth you want. And this is also why some people give up. If you’re truly committed to regrowing your hair, it’s important to understand that blind spots can’t always be tackled on your own. You need an expert to help you identify and address them.

How do you get that expert eye? Well, I consider myself an expert, and I also see myself as the light that can help you see your own blind spots.

I offer a two-month program, an eight-week journey where I personally evaluate your situation, provide recommendations, and help you uncover those hidden blind spots. In this process, I can see things that you might be overlooking. Often, I start asking specific questions to get to the root cause of what’s really happening. It’s a detailed process that most people don’t consider. Even I, at one point, thought I was doing everything right: I was eating well, sleeping well, and exercising regularly.

And yet, I still got alopecia.

My Personal Experience with Alopecia

What many of you may not know is that when I developed alopecia, I was in the best shape of my life. I was fit, at my ideal weight, working with a personal trainer three times a week, running daily, and even training for a triathlon. I was also very much involved in health and wellness, with yoga and Pilates certifications. Health was always a priority for me, so I understand when clients—especially those in the health and wellness field—are shocked that they still have alopecia, despite all their education and training.

So, what’s the problem? It’s simple: blind spots. And if you don’t address them, they will hold you back, just like shackles. This is part of the mystery of alopecia—the reason why many people believe there’s no cure. But I’m here to tell you there is a way to heal and reverse alopecia. I’m living proof of it, and for those of you watching, you can see my hair growth for yourself.

The Power of Addressing Blind Spots

And it’s not just me—I’ve worked with hundreds of clients who have seen hair growth in less time than they ever thought possible. That’s the key—getting results quickly. If you don’t want to wait years for results, then you need to get the right guidance. That’s what my program helps you achieve: 90% of clients see hair growth in less than two months.

But here’s the thing: you can’t achieve that success without first addressing those blind spots. Being self-aware is really difficult when you’re so close to the problem. You’re deeply connected to your alopecia, and it’s hard to step back and see what’s really going on.

In my case, my blind spots delayed my healing. It took me three years to see even a little bit of hair growth. Three years! But once I started addressing those blind spots, the results were amazing. I don’t want to downplay the fact that I eventually saw growth, but I could have healed much faster if I had figured it out sooner.

Have You Tried Everything?

If you think you’ve tried everything, if you think your education or knowledge is enough, I want you to take a step back. Get a fresh perspective from someone who can evaluate your situation objectively. More than likely, a blind spot is what’s holding you back.

For those of you in the health and wellness field—personal trainers, nutritionists, dietitians, and nurses—sometimes the education you have isn’t tailored to alopecia. And in the next section, I’m going to talk more about that, especially around diet. Spoiler alert: diet alone won’t heal alopecia. But we’ll get into that in more detail soon.

To recap, blind spots are the hidden factors that are holding you back from regrowing your hair. If you haven’t seen the results you want, then I guarantee that you’ve missed something. It’s either because you haven’t done my program yet, or you’re still not seeing the hair growth you deserve. Both of those things go hand in hand.

If you’re stuck in a cycle of self-awareness without seeing results, the solution is simple: get an evaluation. Have someone look at your situation from a different angle, so you can finally pinpoint those blind spots and move forward.

And yes, it’s crucial to evaluate the experts you’re working with as well. How do you know someone truly understands alopecia and can help you? That’s a whole different conversation, and I’ll go deeper into that in another post.

But one thing is clear: you can heal. Alopecia isn’t something you have to live with forever. I know it, because I’ve been there—and I’ve helped many others get through it too.

So, don’t let your blind spots continue to hold you back. Once you identify them and start addressing them, you’ll see results faster than you ever thought possible. And trust me, it’s a game changer. Your hair growth is waiting for you.
